We are comprised of five renowned jewels in the Philippines’ contemporary landscape: Chateau 1771 Greenbelt 5, Sentro 1771 Greenbelt 3, Sentro 1771 Serendra, Sentro 1771 Capitol Commons, and Cafe 1771 El Pueblo/1771 Events Place El Pueblo/Sidebar El Pueblo, Ortigas. From French, Swiss, Italian fine dining cuisine, Modern Filipino cuisine to casual Asian-Italian fusion, each is a forerunner in its own arena of cultural and culinary innovation.
COOK
The cook is primarily in-charge of food production, maintaining excellent food quality standards and consistency.
Requirements:
– Graduate of BS HRM or Culinary Arts/Management; At least 1 year experience for non-culinary and HRM graduates preferably in a fine dining/hotel establishment
– Must have passion for providing exceptional food
– Highly organized, systematic, and can work under pressure
