Job Description / Requirements
1. Take orders of the guests and attend to their needs, requests and concerns
2. Ensure guest satisfaction
3. Oversee the set-up of the dining and function rooms making sure that the guest requirements are properly installed and provided for
4. Supervise mi-en-place preparation
5. Supervise service staff
6. Provide assistance and training to service staff to upgrade their customer-service knowledge and skills
7. Maintain quality of service
8. Request for back-up staff when necessary
9. Perform other tasks or move to other departments as may be assigned from time to time
