Job Description / Requirements
Has the overall responsibility for effectively executing all banquet events to ensure optimum performance and superior guest service. Responsible for coordinating all Banquet functions, proper
room set up, service standards, proper breakdown of staff, smooth interaction with other department, ensuring excellent guest relations, handling last minute requests, ensuring proper suppliers and par stock are maintained. Also carries managerial duties of recruiting, hiring, trainings and development, coaching, supervising and motivating the banquet service team and communicating with all departments relevant to each department. Oversees repairs of equipment and machines under the department.
