Technical Support Specialist – Fonality

Job Description & Requirements
At least two (2) years experience of Technical Support in BPO/Call Center
Well versed in the process of setting up a Hosted, or Premise Based VoIP solutions
Process oriented and Higly trainable
At least basic understanding of Networking Systems/Devices
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written.
Excellent comprehension skills
Work Schedule: Shifting/Rotating Shift Schedules
Work Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati City
