Technical Support Representative – Telework PH – Bulacan

Job Description
On-site in San Rafael, Bulacan

What you will do:
– Assist customers on any technical and non-technical issues and provide detailed instructions over the phone or email
– Handle internal support issues via appropriate channels
– Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and service
– Follow escalation procedures for unresolvable issues
– Ensure customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
– Constantly update knowledge on product features and information
– Provide an amazing customer service experience

Job Qualifications
– 2 years minimum experience in technical support or customer service
– Graduate of any IT related course
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills
– Ability to multi-task on multiple systems and navigate the internet quickly and efficiently
– Self-motivated and adaptable
– Willing to work on-site (wfh is not an option)
– Can start on January 3, 2023
