Job Description / Requirements
We are looking for skilled Technical Support representatives to provide services to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.
Duties as technical support representative:
-Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software
-Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
-Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
-Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
-Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Compensation:
-Monthly salary pay up to 20,500php (depending on the experience)
-Allowances and Incentives
-Medical Assistance/ Health Card
Minimum Requirements:
-At least High school graduate or completed 1 year in College
-Call center experience is an advantage, but not required.
-Must be willing to be assigned on a night shift and shifting schedule
-Expressive and with good communication skills
-Can type at least 30 words per minute
-With basic knowledge in computer processes
-Amenable to work in Quezon City
