Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities
– Provide technical support to students and staff using the Blackboard learning management system
– Work closely with the team leader to develop strong processes and best practice and procedures
– Follow currently established processes to efficiently manage frequent queries

Qualifications
– Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
– At least 1 years of working experience in a BPO/ Call Center industry
– Willing to work graveyard/shifting schedules
