Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer approval in all transactions
• Ownership of customer requests and follow up to make sure satisfaction was provided
• Professionally pay attention to and solve customer complaints and escalate as appropriate
• Obtain and examine all applicable details to take care of requests and complaints
• Follow up of most recent complaints and requests to assure delivery or resolution
• Accurately log highlights of all user interactions in compliance with guidelines

Job Qualifications:
• Must at least reached 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (No BPO experience is required)
• High school graduates (BPO experience is required)
• Computer and Web proficient
• Atleast 18 years old
• Self-motivated
• Good english communication skills
• Team Player
• Requires minimum supervision
