Job Details:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial ink jet printers and other electro-mechanical equipments found in the graphic arts industry;
• Resolve technical issues and inquiries through telephone and/or system tools/equipment;
• Conduct equipment presentations and demonstrations;
• From time to time, performs client services outside Metro Manila.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• With average communication and technical skills;
• Able to submit reports in verbal and/or written form;
• Proficient in MSOffice applications;
• Can work well under pressure;
• Willing to work in extended hours;

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s / College Degree, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Mechanical), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent;
• Preference will be given to those with 1 to 2 years experience in printer repair, particularly large-format printers and other electro-mechanical aspects of imagesetters and/or CTPs, and digital presses;
