Technical Engineer
(Post/Pre Sales)

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides creative ideas to come up with ICT solution to target markets.
Spearhead installation, configuration, and acceptance of products to the clients.
Performs preventive maintenance support activities.
Troubleshoots problems reported on-site.
Develops new features and solutions on the assigned product/s
Attends technical trainings for continuous growth and improvement of expertise.
Provide technical product training to customers and internal personnel.
Responsible as a custodian of the assigned equipment used for testing, etc.
Customize templates for presentation slides, network diagram, and other commonly used documents
Come up with the most cost effective design for customers who’s looking for value for money solutions.
Well verse to all 108 Enterprises products
Gets themselves involved in the technical community of our partners and end customers.

Qualifications:
Graduate of ECE, IT related courses or with extensive experience in ICT.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good time management skills; organizational skills and able to meet all deadlines.
Can work independently and in a groups; team player.
Must be keen on details; doesn’t let anything slip by unnoticed
Effective presentation skills
