JOBS DESCRIPTION:
• Accept service or support calls from internal and external customers
• Conduct Product training to the clients
• Conduct POC presentation to prospective clients
• Report directly to the Technical Manager regarding problems and issues affecting the work or responsibilities assigned
• Responsible for providing solution for in-house technical concern
• Monitor all items brought in for repair until it is returned to the customer and ensure that the targeted repair turn-around time is achieved
• Testing RMA units
• Update the customer on the status of each item brought for repair on the specified dates
• Coordinate with the Internal RMA Coordinator and/or the suppliers for RMA items and ensure that they are replaced according to the set timetable
• Submit Regular reports
• May Conduct Joint Sales Call/Visit to potential clients
• May be responsible for canvassing the prices of the needed spare parts
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): strong written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen, focused and results oriented, strong presentation skills, a winning attitude and strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, strong understanding in Technical aspects.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salcedo Village,Makati City.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

INITIAL SCREENING You will be given application form to fill-up by the HR Assistant when you reach our office. After that, you will be given an examination. The examination consists of English and Communication, IQ Test, Behavioral Exam, and Essay. You will also be given a Self-Assessment Exercise. Applicants are asked to finish the examination for only one hour. After that, the HR Assistant will check the exams. Applicants who failed the exam will walk away empty-handed. 2. INITIAL INTERVIEW The applicants who passed the exam will be interviewed by the HR Personnel. 3. FINAL INTERVIEW Upon assessment of the applicant’s initial screening and interview, he/she will be called again for the final interview. This time, he/she will be interviewed by the manager. 4.
