Job Description
1. Generates Quality Standards for inspection reference when required.
2. Responsible in Supplier management, audit & evaluation.
3. In charge of new supplier introduction & qualification.
4. Quality issue analysis & investigation with supplier and subcons
5. Monitors the effectiveness of Corrective / Preventive actions on all issues of .supplier and Subcon.
6. Create Incoming Inspection guideline & criterion if necessary
7. Conducts training related to scope of work
8. Provides Supplier Ranking /Rating system report
9. Handles RTV reports for supplier
10. Generates report for company, department, supplier and customers as needed
11. Issues SCAR to suppliers whenever applicable.
12. Conducts line audit related to scope of work
13. Do duties that may be assigned from time to time based on company requirements
14. Responsible in keeping workplace clean and safe
15. Responsible in wearing prescribed uniforms and PPEs while performing assigned job
16. Facilitates general supervision on SCAR/8D issues

Job Qualifications
1. Engineering or Any Business or Technical course graduate
2. Have at least 3 years of related work experience in metal stamping company or contract
manufacturing with SQE,.
3. Ability to use Windows Application (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)..
4. Good communication skill both in oral and written
5. Can clearly read, understand and interpret mechanical and technical drawings.
6. Must know how to operate use the measuring tool such as caliper, height gauge, radius gauge, etc.
