Qualifications:
•Must hold a degree in Engineering (preferably in Civil Engineering)
•Experience in supervising landed residential construction (row house, single detached, etc.) until finishing works (turn over)
•Knowledge and experiene in creating BOM (Bill of Quantities)
•Must have at least 3 years of related work experience
•MUST be willing to work in IMUS, CAVITE

•Skills: Project Management, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills (MS-Excel), Safety Management, Supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop project objectives by reviewing project plans and proposals.
•Study product designs, complete technical studies, prepare cost estimates, and control project costs.
•Review designs, specifications, and recommend changes.
•Review bids from contractors.
•Monitor project progress and coordinate activities to resolve problems.
•Prepare project status reports and recommend necessary actions.
•Maintain safe and clean working environment.
•Comply with government regulations.

Salary Range: Php20,000 – 25,000
Benefits: HMO, 14th month pay
