Service Desk Engineers – Knowledge Process Outsource Philippines Inc

Job Description / Requirements
Service Desk will provide first and second line technical support to external customer. The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any IT related course
Basic Knowledge in Computer Systems and Troubleshooting
Knowledge in Helpdesk ticketing system is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Must be willing to work in General Trias Cavite
Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
Fresh Graduates/Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply
