Job Description
C. RESPONSIBILLTY
1. Responsible for the maintenance of organizational QMS.
2. Analyzes New Product Processes during pilot runs. Checks and solves all manufacturing issues during the pilot run stage and ensures that all issues have been resolved prior to mass production.
3. Initiates product/material, labor and overhead cost reductions and/or improvements.
4. Evaluate, qualify, and conduct tooling improvement design improvement to meet process requirement before releasing to production Makes and Implements ECOs (Engineering Change Order) for design, process and parts confirmation.
5. Facilitate preparation of packaging designs, jigs & fixture i.e., drawing, matl’s. analysis & application
6. Provides needed fixtures, jigs. And other indirect materials to production. Source or make purchase requisition for production improvement, materials and equipment.
7. Responsible for the pertinent documents needed for new product introduction
8. Conducts Time and Motion study before the new products are introduced, during production run, and after improvements are implemented.
9. Generate and controls the issuance of Initial Work Instructions Standard (WIS) to the production.
10. Reviews/updates and modifies the Work Instruction, as needed (special processes) through ensuring the accuracy of BOMs structure, material specifications, and correct manufacturing procedures
11. Initiates and Implements changes in existing process to reduce costs and improve production flow
