Job Qualifications
• Any Engineering course graduate
• At least 1 year experience in the same capacity
• With good communication and analytical skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze customer quality complaints and consequently formulate corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the preparation and execution of quality controls for the effective implementation of quality improvements
• Investigate and determine disposition of products with quality issues
• Conduct quality system audit as needed
