Job Description & Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Perform mathematical calculations to determine process improvements, staff requirements, and production standards with the goal to establish quality and reliability of finished products.
2) Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
3) Identify root cause of existing problems and develop and implement cost effective and sustainable solutions that are supported by rigorous data analysis.
4) Review and design layout of workspace, equipment, materials based on the principles of ergonomics to achieve maximum efficiency.
5) Review production schedules, client specifications, workload, and related information to obtain knowledge of production methods, procedures, and activities.
6) Estimate production cost and effect of process design changes for management review, action, and approval. Ensure that approved recommendations are correctly executed by continuous monitoring and conduct of spot audit.
7) Formulate and use sampling procedures for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
8) Develop methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
9) Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and equipment.
10) As needed, regulate and alter workflow according to client lead times to expedite production operations.

Qualifications:
• A graduate of Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Strong skills in problem solving, work measurement, ergonomics and space planning, basic Statistics, Lean Six Sigma and Project Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
• Preferably with experience gained in a Business Process Outsourcing Company
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Good oral and written communication skills, and highly analytical
