JOB DESCRIPTION :
Assist Production Manager in ensuring smooth and zero downtime in production process flow. Develop and implement standard operating procedures. Conduct analysis and submit recommendations in operational issues affecting production. Continuous improvement of existing operation to increased quality, productivity and cost savings.

QUALIFICATIONS :
 Candidate must be graduate of Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent;
 At least 2-3 years working experience on related fields;
 Knowledgeable in time and motion study;
 Must have problem solving and critical thinking skills;
 Can perform well under pressure, ability to handle stress and pressure.
