1. Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
2.0 Develop and maintain process related documents.
3.0 Evaluate current processes and provide recommendations.
4.0 Provide support and guidance to team to meet daily work demands.
5.0 Analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements.
6.0 Monitor and update all assigned activities.
6.0 Ensure in compliance with company and industry standards.
7.0 Prepare necessary reports like Failure Mode Effect and Analysis and improvement plan

Job Qualifications
> Engineering Graduate(ME, IE, ECE, Mechatronics)
> Can easily adapt to new environment
> With Strong interpersonal and personality
> Good in oral and written communication
