Job Description & Requirements
Financial Revenue
1.Work with BSG-CRM Account Managers to achieve yearly targets.
2.Generate and maintain an opportunity value of at least 3X of monthly, quarterly and annual targets
3.Responsible for Leads Generation Activities eg. Events/Campaigns, Referrals/LinkedIn
Customers
1.Enhance and Improve Customer Interaction and Customer-Facing Skills; Ensure C-Level Contact to hasten the decision-making process
2.Coordinate with technical and functional leads from the customer side to ensure that the proposed solution/s are well understood and appreciated prior to the investment proposal
3.Assist BSG-CRM Account Managers in closing new name accounts for the year
4.Accomplish relevant Requests for Proposal (RFPs), questionnaires, tender documents to impart the benefits / features and functionalities of the solution/s
5.Conduct product presentations, orientation sessions, proof-of-concepts to customers and ensure that the benefits of the solution/s are properly imparted to customers and prospects
Internal Business Process
1.Capture and update all information related to the requirements of prospects / leads. Update contact and opportunity information when necessary; Ensure that salesforce.com will be the “source of truth” for opportunities
2.Accomplish PSQ, to relay configuration / customization requirements to the PS Group for appropriate estimation (i.e. generation of statement of work, man day estimates, resource allocation and timelines)
3.Facilitate the Pre-Sales process in close coordination with the AMs: Solution / Product Presentation, Scoping / GAP Analysis, RFP / RFQ / Questionnaires and relevant tender / bid documents, PSQ Generation
4.Assist AMs in accomplishing correct and accurate documentation: Meeting Minutes, Proposals, Contracts
People Learning & Development
1.Understand all the product offerings of IPC enough to initiate high-level discussions
2.Regularly attend webinars, seminars and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
3.Take necessary certifications, exercises, product reviews, coaching and evaluation sessions as scheduled by the Sales Manager/Director of the BSG-CRM
4.Comply with quarterly documented coaching and feedback sessions with the Sales Manager/Director
5.Comply with two (2) performance evaluation sessions with the Sales Manager/Director with at least one (1) fully documented Performance Evaluation per year
Requirements
•Graduate of any Business Course
•A minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a Pre-Sales is a must
