SAV25 Data Systems , a dynamic and fast growing Software Distribution and IT services company is looking for qualified Trainee for Network Support Engineer. Successful applicant to undergo training for our IT products such as Firewall, Email Server, DNS, Failover , Network Monitoring, Network management and Network Security.

Responsibilities
1. Undergo On the Job Training
2. Provide technical support to customers by phone, Internet, email and on -site
3. Write Technical Reports and documentation

Requirements
Open to Fresh Graduates
Must be Engineering graduate preferably BS Computer Engineering or BS Electronics & Communications Engineering.
Qualifications
Wiling to undergo training and do field work
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (English , Tagalog )
Knowledge in writing email communications
Basic knowledge in PC troubleshooting and operating system installation a must.
Knowledge in Windows and Office Applications (word, powerpoint, excel) a must
Knowledge in basic networking
Knowledge in Ubuntu, MAC an advantage
