Network and Customer Support Engineer Urgent – Pasig City – SITP

Job Details:
General Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Must possess strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction and knowledge transfer to teammates.
• Must possess strong analytical, problem solving and research skills.
• Good Business English communication skills in providing instructions
• Must be detail-oriented and can work with a team under minimal supervision.
• Works proactively and independently and as part of a team, provide supports to to team members.

Technical Requirements:
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Excel
• With excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Basic skills on networking (TCP/IP, File Sharing, Email Configuration)
• Desktop Hardware/applications and printer support
• Knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure equipment (server, firewall, router, backup, Ups)

Responsibilities:
• Working directly with end-users and business clients to ensure that all requirements are met and understood.
• You will be expected to help the customers troubleshoot technical issues, as well as provide superior customer service for general inquires.
• Maintains the security of all IT devices (hardware and software) by installing security patches in a timely manner.
• Administers servers, Web Application & Web Servers, Database servers, virtual environments, remote systems, network devices, VPN configuration and other IT system administration/monitoring tools.
