Job Description / Requirements
The purpose of this position is to attend inbound enquiries from existing customers and prospecting activity with potentially new customers. This person should build customer satisfaction of all sales and non-sales, inbound or outbound contact from customers in a manner that matches efforts to customer requirements and values to the Company.
• Support and provide superior service via e-mail, live chat, or any kind as a receiver and caller.
• Use an effective approach and most appropriate way to communicate and to handle routine task as well as special tasks like call/chat transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnections.
• Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over all service delivery channels.
• Excellent customer service experience to answer and resolve customer enquiries via all service delivery channels.
• Educates the customer about Company’s products and services and directs them toward available resources for self-help.
• Alerts management of issues or concern that requires escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem.
• Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls and chats professionally.
• Uses technology and system tools as directs and within established guidelines.
• Maintains confidentially of the Company’s customers and data.
• Takes part in special project activities and responsible for providing information and report.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written Mandarin communication skills are desired.
• Effective listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and multi-tasking are essential qualities.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Demonstrate customer service communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Working in a fast-paced high volume environment.
• Self-motivated and energetic personality.
• Punctuality and efficiency, with the ability to prioritize.
• Friendly and courteous manner required.
• Display ownership to additional tasks as demanded by superiors.
• Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.
• Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements.
• Six months to one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Diploma graduate or equivalent required.
• Willing to work in rotating / shifting schedules
• Willing to work in Quezon City
