-Graduate of any Industrial Engineer
-Male or Female not more than 35 years old
-At least 1 year experience in Electronics and Manufacturing Company
-Must be computer literate
-With knowledge in Trouble Shooting, PCL and Autocad
-With strong decision making and leadership skills
