Advises and guides the customer regarding the use of broad range of products, offerings, and services.
Responsibilities
Solve the simple stuff over the phone and by email
Work with us to understand the less simple stuff, so we can fix it for good
Be the friendliest support agent you can be
Fill our knowledge base with solutions to the most common problems, so people can fix their own problems and call us less
Help out with minor admin tasks when the need arises
Test and learn anything new we add to the software, to make our software and support even better
Qualifications
Tech savvy
Previously supported UK and AUS customers
Fluent in written and spoken English
Problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
We accept walk-in applicants from 8AM- 1PM Manila Time (Mon-Fri)
