QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least High School/Vocational Diploma or Short Courses Certificate related to Mechanical activities. Bachelor’s/College Degree on Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Male, not more than 40 years old.
• With TESDA Certificate.
• With experience in the same field is required for this position.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects.
• Good health condition and physical endurance.
• Resourcefulness to changing technologies and mechanical curiosity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
H.E Mechanic is responsible in working on all types of heavy construction equipment. This individual will also be responsible for the inspection, preventive maintenance and repair of all types of equipment. Repairs will include: heavy equipment, earth moving equipment, asphalt plants, crushing plants, internal combustion engines (gas and diesel), electric motors, generators, air compressors, pumps, and other related machinery. Major responsibilities of H.E Mechanic are as follow:
• Inspect heavy equipment and other related machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Repair heavy construction vehicles and equipment such as bulldozers, cranes, dump trucks, front-end loaders, motor graders, tractor-trailers, water trucks, scrapers, and other heavy equipment.
• Adjust, repair, and replace engines, fuel systems, hydraulic and electrical systems, breaks, suspension, steering, and transmissions.
• Disassemble and assemble vehicles and equipment parts using hoists, hand tools, pneumatic and electric tools and instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment, including lubrication and oil changes in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Operate vehicles and equipment to diagnose and ensure operating efficiency.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and the general work area.
• Prepare and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Supervise apprentice workers engaged in heavy vehicle and equipment repair work.
• Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
