Job Description & Requirements
We are expanding our team and are looking to hire 45 agents to start this March.

As a Flight Reservations Agent, you will be:
– answering queries about our flights and other services
– accurately communicating service rates with clients
– booking and managing flights
– promoting services and special offers

Requirements:
1. At least 18 years old and a high school graduate
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Call center experience is prefered, but not required
4. Typing speed of at least 25 wpm
5. Amenability to work at night and in shifting schedules
6. Willingness to be assigned in Cebu City
