Job Description
a Assists in the start-up and shutdown of injection machine in each process prior to operations and end of process.
b Conducts the repair, cleaning and maintenance of mold
c Prepares and monitor materials (chemicals) needed in the process.
d Maintains the parameter setup of machines during production operations.
e Responsible for the mold loading and unloading in machines.
f Assist production operation when manpower is lacking especially during delivery time.
g Reports with immediate superior any concerning machines technical issues.
h Safe keep all records for the tools and spare parts used for machine in production.
I. Request resin as per machine requirement.
j Help the team to understand the target and goals
k Identifying the problem and resolving.
l Scheduling work and shifts
m Training or ensuring the team are properly trained in there specific roles and responsibility
n Perform other duties in accordance with the company regulations and ISO standards.

Job Qualifications
Graduate of any engineering course
With at least 5 years of working experience in the same capacity
Knows mold injection machine setup and repair, parameter setting
