Job Description & Requirements
Unison Computer Systems, Inc. is hiring Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer.

Relocation & Movement:
-Disconnection of the PC’s and accessories from the old workstations
-Boxing of PC’s and its accessories and load to the couriers for transport
-Transfer from old location to new location
-Unload from courier and unbox PC’s and accessories to the target location
-Connecting the PC’s and accessories from the old workstation

Set up, Installation, and Configuration:
-Physical setup including monitor mounting (dual)
-OS installation, joining PC to domain, application, and patching
-Integrated technology testing

Minimum qualifications
-Graduate/Diploma in any discipline
-Willing to work in shifting schedule
-1 to 4 years of experience
-Basic Window Server and Networking knowledge
-First level installation, simple fault isolation of digital, analogue, and IP phone sets
