Job Description & Requirements
Are you techie??? If so, you might be fit for our Technical Accounts in Cebu!
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be servicing customers with issues regarding their Internet, Cable TV or Phone. You will be providing them with troubleshooting steps over-the-phone and assisting them in every step of the process.

Requirements:
1. At least 18 years old and a high school graduate
2. Good to excellent English communication skills
3. Call center experience – prefered but not required
4. Knowledge in Internet, TV or Phone troubleshooting – prefered but not required
5. Amenability to work in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
