Responsibilities:
1. To answer inquiries about products and services (e.g. landline and mobile phone units, plans)
2. To explain billing information to customers
3. To handle complaints and escalate specific issues
4. To complete call logs and reports
5. To meet targets set forth by the account

Requirements:
1. At least 18 years old and a high school graduate
2. Good to excellent English communication skills
3. Call center experience is prefered, but not required
4. Knowledge in using basic computer applications
