Good communication skills both verbal and written
2. Good conversationalist
3. Preferably with experience in a call center
4. Willing to work at night and on shifting schedules
5. Good personality and can carry himself/herself well
6. At least 2nd year in college no back subjects. At least 6 months exp in a call center
