Job Responsibilities:
-Decipher complicated insurance laws and policies.
-Ensure that government programs comply with the law, regulations, and contracts.
-Advise on issues related to eligibility and coverage
-Monitor the compliance of government contractors.

Minimum Requirements:
– At least 18 years old and above
– Graduate of any degree or any 2-year associate course
– With at least 1 to 2 years of BPO experience
– Good Communication skills
– Preferably with High Customer Service Background
– Willing to work in Taguig
– Willing to work in DAYSHIFT
– Can start as soon as possible

Compensation:

– 15~18K Basic Salary
– FREE Lunch
– 2k Quality Bonus / Month
– With 14th month pay
