Job Description
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
Assisting with customers’ queries.

Job Qualifications
Must possess Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing (RAC) and TESDA Certificate (NCII) or equivalent
With at least one (1) year work experience in the related field
Capable of air-con system installation and conduct system testing to check equipment proper functions and perform emergency repairs and equipment maintenance
Preferably with knowledge and experience with Chilled Water
Familiar with equipment diagnosing with the use of systems, apparatus and tools to identify breakdowns
Knowledgeable of the standard air conditioning inspection and able to identify defects and hazards
