Job Description & Requirements
3-5 years in a global company within a voice/network technical support function
Able to resolve faults or service requests
Intermediate to advanced knowledge across different Telephony platforms
Advanced knowledge on Linux/Unix and Asterisk commands which includes scripting
Knowledge in networking such as VPN, routing/routing protocols, VLANs, ACLs, firewalls, IP conflicts
CCNP Voice, dCAP certified
Based in the Fort, Taguig City
