Job Description & Requirements
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in any field
-Min of 8 years overall experience
-Between 4 to 6 years experience in Operational Excellence/Process Improvement work.
-At least in Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) certified with good knowledge in Lean practices
-Broad financial knowledge for budgeting, profit plan obtainment etc
-Strong Knowledge of Quality Principles and Techniques essential
-Needs to have worked in a BPO – Operational Excellence (or similar) function
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Strong ability to influence
-Ability to think and drive strategic initiatives across a large span of operations
-Having had a stint in running large operations is preferred
