Job Details:
Qualifications:
• Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, preferrably licensed
• Extensive experience in supervising landed residential construction (row house, single detached, etc.) until finishing works (turn over)
• Knowledge and experiene in creating BOM (Bill of Quantities)
• Must have at least 7 years of related work experience
• MUST be willing to work in IMUS, CAVITE

• Skills: Project Management, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills (MS-Excel), Safety Management, Supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop project objectives by reviewing project plans and proposals.
• Study product designs, complete technical studies, prepare cost estimates, and control project costs.
• Review designs, specifications, and recommend changes.
• Review bids from contractors.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate activities to resolve problems.
• Prepare project status reports and recommend necessary actions.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Comply with government regulations.
