Job Description / Requirements
Will assume the position of Quantity Surveyor for Electrical and Auxiliary Works:
Will be responsible for the following:
Estimates
Quantity Take-off as per methods of Measurement
Cost Engineering
Cost Analysis
Contract, Packaging and Procurement Planning
Bidding/ Procurement
Contract Documentation
QS Post-contract works
Other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
With experience or knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office Applications
With good interpersonal communication skills both oral and written
Has the ability to manage time to strictly meet project deadlines
