Job Description & Requirements
Licensed / Non-licensed
Male not more than 40years old.
Graduate of Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
Has an exceptional leadership skill (supervising and monitoring people closely to maintain smooth process of the project.)
Knowledgeable on Project Management Cycle.
With at least three (3) to (5) years of successful engineering track record in the real estate land development or construction industry, preferable subdivision and condo projects.
A team player and a self-starter.
Knowledgeable in statutory and real estate development policies.
Has the ability to present ideas, negotiate and has a good problem solving skills. Proficient in Computer MS Office, Autocad & other computer aided designs.
