Job Requirements
– Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree or a trade graduate
– Required skill(s): interpersonal skills, hardworking and honest, team player, can work with minimal supervision,
– Can relate well with the customers.
– Required language(s): English, Filipino
– At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field (technical functions) is required for this position. Experience in working at a Property Development/Real Estate is an advantage.
– Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities
– Execution of preventive maintenance on equipment;
– Implements proper housekeeping/sanitation of utility rooms (i.e. elec, mech, genset, powerhouse, pumps, etc.)
– Operates and maintains all building facilities & equipment
– Do monitoring of the utilities consumption
