QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Licensed engineer (electrical, mechanical, civil) or architect with cost estimating experience.
2. Good academic records.
3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
4. Detail-oriented.
5. Coordination and communication skills.
6. Ability to optimize costs/provide value engineering.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Quantity surveying and take-off.
2. Estimating construction cost at all stages of the project.
3. Reconciling variation to contract values awarded.
