Job Details: Qualifications:
-Candidate must hold a degree in Civil Engineering
-Must be well versed in creating Bill of Quantities
-Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Costing and Estimation
-Extensive experience in supervising residential house construction (row house, single detached, etc.) until finishing works (turn over) is required
-MUST be willing to work in IMUS / GENERAL TRIAS CAVITE
-Can start on November 2015

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Create Bill of Quantities for Costing
-Develop project objectives by reviewing project plans and proposals.
-Study product designs, complete technical studies, prepare cost estimates, and control project costs.
-Review designs, specifications, and recommend changes.
-Review bids from contractors.
-Monitor project progress, site supervision, and coordinate activities to resolve problems.
-Prepare project status reports and recommend necessary actions.
-Maintain safe and clean working environment.
-Comply with government regulations.
