QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least High School or Vocational Graduate.
• Male not more than 40 years old.
• With at least 6 months on-site working experience.
• TESDA Certified in Masonry or Carpentry or equivalent certification is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in all carpentry works.
• Keen to details and observe accuracy.
• With good eye-hand coordination.
• With high physical stamina and strength.

JOB DECRIPTION:
Carpenters are skilled manual workers who build and install structures made out of wood, wood-substitutes and other strong materials, including steel and concrete. Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Performs assignments under limited supervision.
• Constructs work such as concrete form construction, roughing-in, framing-building and roof, exterior finishing, interior finishing and foundations.
• Frames, installs, adjusts, repairs and fabricates items such as partitions, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, all doors, stairs, cabinets, counters, gates, platforms, shelves, furniture and new installation of locks sets including all hardware.
• Maintains clean work area and/or cleans job site.
• Observes safety standards and practices.
• Performs related duties as required or assigned within job classification.
