Job Description / Requirements
1. Act as the company’s RME and provide all technical know-how in compliance with the law.
2. Responsible for the proper, smooth and efficient operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and machineries of the company including but not limited to the following equipment: Generator Set, Air-conditioning Units, Elevator units, Water/Fire/Submersible pumps, and electrical circuit panel boards. Recommends appropriate repair work or replacement
3. Conducts weekly periodic inspections of all building machineries and submit reports to the POSS Supervisor as to status of the machineries. Report should be submitted every Monday morning.
4. Conducts weekly electrical inspection of the entire First Life Center’s electrical system and ensures balanced distribution of eletrical load in the entire building. Report on this should be submitted every two months. However, on cases of unbalanced eletrical load distribution, report should be submitted to POSS Supervisor immediately upon discovery.
5. Assists in monitoring & reviewing the service contracts for building machineries as submitted by service contractors.
6. Updates office layouts per floor, per department, per branch office, as the need arises.
7. Attend/provide assistance to repairs and maintenance works such as but not limited to quarterly air-con units cleaning, and others upon receipt of request/ notice from different departments, tenants, and First Life office branches.
8. Recommends appropriate building and office premises improvements to POSS Supervisor.
9. Canvass from at least 3 suppliers the cost of any mechanical, electrical & construction supplies or new mechanical or electrical equipment needed for the repair of existing untis or installation of the new unit/s.
10. Coordinate with the respective contractor heads (janitorial & messengerial )the performance of their assigned personnel to First Life.
11. Ensures the prompt processing of all requests for company ID and other forms of ID card as may be requested by other departments.
12. Prepares all Check Request requirements of suppliers and transmits the same to FD once approved by the POSS Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Registered Mechanical Engineer
Knowledgeable in preparation of plans, designs, technical reports and project studies.
Knows how to operate and maintain Generator Set, Air-conditioning Units, Elevator units, Water/Fire/Submersible pumps, and electrical circuit panel boards
Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word and Visio
