Job Description
1. Help search and synthesize related research outputs to support the whole curriculum design and development process (identify learning objectives, organize learning content, choose forms of assessment, pilot testing, and evaluation, etc.).
2. Help create the desired curriculum.
3. Support teachers with research about the use of different pedagogies.
4. Preparing and delivering lessons to improve students’ reading writing, and conversing skills.
5. Developing Educational content such as notes and quizzes.
6. Assigning activities to facilitate students’ consolidation of learning material.
7. Tailoring your teaching style in accordance with students’ needs.
8. Managing interpersonal dynamics to ensure that the class is conducive to learning.
10. Tracking and reporting on students’ progress.
11. Remaining up-to-date with our learning software.
12. Ensuring that your equipment is in good working condition at all times.
13. Participate actively in co-teaching partnership activities.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a Specialization in English and Elementary/ Secondary Education (or Equivalent).
• Fresh Graduates without previous teaching experience are welcomed.
• Outstanding Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Laptop or Desktop computer equipped with webcam and headset.
• Fast and Stable Internet connection.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Organized and Attentive to students’ needs.
