Job Description & Requirements
The Web Designer/Developer is responsible for designing and building websites for
the ER marketing funnels. The Web Designer/Developer performs the necessary
customization and coding to execute the required functionalities and features for
the websites.

 Producing WordPress Websites
o Responsive
o Mobile-friendly
o Fully functional – frontend and backend
 Producing cross-browser compatible websites
 Producing user-friendly websites with layout, navigation and features designed to convert
 Performing continual tweaks and optimization as necessary
 Building backend coding for conversion tracking, ad placements and other integration
 Contributing creative and practical ideas on implementing web functionalities and features

Description of Accountabilities
• Delivery of fully functional responsive, cross-browser compatible websites with great design, layout, built according to guidelines/specifications.
• A bug-free website and bug-free tracking integration. In the event of a bug, 24 to 48-hour bug fix/resolution.
• Timely delivery of assigned websites.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Job Requirements
• College Graduate (Computer Science, IT, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia)
• At least 2 years of Experience
• Proficient in latest HTML5/CSS3 standards and tricks and PHP, MySQL, JAVA JavaScript including AJAX (jQuery, etc).
• Proficient in (WordPress design, development, and coding) coding WordPress plug-ins, WordPress building Responsive themes, and Familiar with the Genesis WordPress
• Platform Adobe Creative Suite, Graphic design
• Ability to troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues with multiple versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, and mobile browsers.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
• Research for tools needed for the website build.
• Graphic design.
• Documentation on design, and development
• Documentation and training on website maintenance.
• Depending on other talents possessed by the employee, he/she may be given assignments that the marketing department needed to accomplish.
• Taking a leadership role on team assignments/projects when assigned.

Other Job Requirements
• Proficient in building web sites that are responsive, user-centric, clean, and with a modern design.
• Highly creative, with lateral thinking problem solving or out-of-the-box-thinking skills.
• Knowledge and experience in publishing and web integration of content in social media and blogging platforms.
• Above-average written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Experience in the online marketing, advertising, or public relations, publishing, broadcast media industry.
