Job Description & Requirements
• Male/Female – at least 21 years old
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience as an IT Trainer or IT Instructor
• Can teach Windows Desktop, Windows Server Virtualization and other server platforms of Microsoft
• Experience in systems and network administration
• Experience in troubleshooting and technical support
• Self-motivated, resourceful, ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Conduct quality training courses on Windows Desktop, Windows Server Virtualization and other server platforms of Microsoft.
• Support sales in identifying customer’s requirement.
• Pursue continuous certification updates as a Certified Trainer in Microsoft and other Company’s product as assigned by Management.
• Prepare and conduct presentation of seminar topics on the Company’s array of products and/or technologies
• Provide consultancy on the Company’s products when required.
• Provide technical support services to Company’s clients, when required
