Responsibilities:
– Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
– Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
– installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Qualifications:
– Graduate of any course (preferably technical)
– 2 years solid experience as a IT helpdesk
– Location: Ortigas
– Nigt shift
– Good communication skills
– 10 slots available
– Willing to work in a BPO Industry
– Start date is on November 15, 2015
– Salary ranges from 17-18, 100
