Job Description / Requirements
for Japan’s Biggest Toy Manufacturing Company
-age 21 28 years old. both gender.
-Must be Vocational or College Graduate.
Industrial Design Graduates are preferred.
-Must have studied about “Design” or “Art”.
-With good sense in Art, Color and Design.
-With solid understanding about Color Recognition, Design Check & Adjustment, Design Data Modification & Creation.

Requirements:
1. Color Recognition
Pigment color adjustments for plastic parts coloring
Color check with instruction from customer (mostly with pantone book)
Create instructions for suppliers on how to adjust colors
Paint color adjustments for spray/tampo
Color check with instruction / decoration of the master model
Will make instruction for mixing staff on how to adjust coloring

2. Design Check & Adjustment
Design check of the decoration of the master model
Prior to sending, will conduct internal check and adjustments
Will adjust position or angle of print until it becomes the same as the decoration model master
After getting the customer’s feedback, will proceed with adjustments for customer’s approval
(negotiation may be necessary at times)
(will provide several options for customers/clients to choose from)

3. Design data Modification/ Creation
Design data modified by the illustrator
Will take design data from the customer and evaluate the design, not only the position adjustment but also the changes in size or shape.
All necessary adjustment with the decoration master model.
