Job Description / Requirements
He is responsible for responding to inquiries from computer users and providing support, solutions and troubleshooting to both internal and external clients of the company. In addition to finding solutions for many types of computer-related problems, he may be involved in training the users on how to use the computer software and hardware. A major part of his job involves finding solutions for technical issues connected to computer networks, hardware and software.
Qualifications:
1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineer / Education or any related course .
2. Has an attention to detail and an ability to multitask
3. Willing to undergo Hands on Training to develop practical & Technical Skills
4. Can perform under minimal supervision
5. Willing to travel
6. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Applications
7. Ability to work independently or under general direction
8. With effective communication skills
